Cromwell & Co. is a Kent based family business.   The company was established in 2001 and formed because of the shortfalls in the quality and standards in certain areas of Will Writing and Estate Planning.

The company works in accordance with the charter laid down by the Society of Will Writers and abides strictly to the Regulation rules.

With our client base now reaching fifteen thousand and expanding rapidly we have grown year by year through our policy of being a ‘Caring Company' and our ‘Client Comes First' attitude.

Our company aim to offer a professional and legal service to advise clients in plain English with regard to the requirements of their Will(s) and all aspects relating to their estate, regardless of estate value or personal circumstances.   To produce client specific Wills at a reasonable price, which will fulfil the requirements of the client whilst protecting the interest of their intended beneficiaries.
