STORAGE OF YOUR WILL(S)

Like most people you have made your Will to ensure that the things that you've worked hard for pass to the important people in your life.

That assurance does not stop with the making of the Will because it only takes effect once the administration of the estate and, where necessary, Probate is completed.

The Court of Probate will only recognise the original and undamaged Will.   If, on your death, that original Will cannot be produced or has been illegally amended then the time and expense you have incurred to protect your interests will have been in vain.

•    Your Will is secured safely and cannot be lost, stolen or tampered with.

•    Your Will is covered by our professional indemnity insurance in the event of their being any unforeseen problems.

•    A letter sent to each of your executors informing them of the whereabouts of your Will, there will also be full instructions on how to recover the Will.

•    You will receive a copy of your Will to keep for your own reference.

•    You are entitled to make basic changes (codicils) to your Will free of charge whilst it is in storage with Cromwell & Co.
