SAVING YOUR HOME

Under current law, your property could be sold to pay for any long term care you may receive. This happened in over 70,000 cases last year, by doing nothing you are just storing up problems for you partner or children later.

We've all heard of cases or even know of a family where the property had to be sold to pay for long term care, if you or your partner are unfortunate enough to need care in your old age, then your property could be used to pay for it, resulting in the loss of inheritance to your loved ones.

Also should your partner remarry, or even live with someone, after your death your children could end up with nothing when your partner dies

However, a property trust can avoid these situations by allowing you to use a large proportions of the value of your property to protect the inheritance for your partner and any children, this can only be done by making a will and becoming tenants in common so that you can remain in control over your share of the property even after your death.

Don't delay……… ask us at Cromwell & Co. to do it for you.
